Nomonde Sithole

Nomonde Sithole is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at ENS, specializing in insurance litigation, medical malpractice disputes and alternative dispute resolution.

She advises clients on medical negligence claims, personal injury claims, insurance litigation, aviation claims, commercial litigation, arbitration and financial regulatory matters. She provides legal advice and opinions on policy response and interpretation, defends subrogated claims, and has experience defending and settling medico-legal claims and assisting with HPCSA complaints.

She has acted for state institutions, private hospitals, healthcare practitioners, insurers and corporate clients in the healthcare, insurance, aviation and financial services sectors.

Nomonde holds a BA Law and an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
