Adam Anderson

Adam Anderson is a Partner at Bowmans in Johannesburg, practicing in the Dispute Resolution department. He is a board member of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa, a CEDR UK accredited mediator, and a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court.

Adam specializes in dispute resolution and leads a large team of litigation lawyers. His expertise extends from banking and corporate litigation to insurance, mining, construction, contractual, and general commercial disputes. He has been involved in significant commercial disputes, including litigious insurance cases involving many of the large insurance houses. His strengths include the mitigation of litigation risk and strategic dispute advice with a focus on dispute system design.

Adam holds a BA and LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand.
