Kirsten Wolmarans

Kirsten Wolmarans is a Partner based in Johannesburg. Her primary practice area is Dispute Resolution, and she specialises in many aspects of corporate and commercial litigation and arbitrations.

She has worked on a number of high-profile and complex matters in both supporting and leading roles, and has extensive experience litigating at the High Court of South Africa, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court. She has also had significant experience running complex and document-intensive arbitrations for both local and cross-border clients.

She has advised and acted for a large range of clients, including major banks, auditing companies, mining companies and pension fund administrators, and has provided litigation support in forensic investigations.

She holds an LLM from Stockholm University (2018) and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand (2012). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
