Jennifer Woker

Jennifer Woker is a Partner in the litigation department at Shepstone & Wylie's Johannesburg office. She has a general corporate commercial litigation practice, dealing with insolvency matters, business rescue, debt recovery for freight forwarding and clearing agents and other commercial clients, customs and excise disputes, general commercial disputes relating to goods sold and delivered and services rendered, evictions, insurance disputes, and tax‑related matters.

She also maintains a small matrimonial practice and has experience with disputes under the Consumer Protection Act and the National Credit Act. She regularly assists clients in customs and excise disputes between companies and their freight forwarding and clearing agents.

Jennifer holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (UKZN) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Media Management from Rhodes University.
