Priya Naicker

Priya Naicker is a Senior Associate specialising in dispute resolution, with a focus on general and insurance‑related litigation. She handles complex disputes, including ESG‑related litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, mining disputes, and business rescue matters.

She has experience before the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, and in arbitration proceedings, advising and representing clients across multiple sectors. Her practice spans both contentious and advisory work, delivering strategic legal solutions tailored to client needs.

Priya holds an LLB from the University of South Africa (2019), a Certificate in Advanced Company Law from the University of the Witwatersrand (2021), a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (2012), and a BSc Honours from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (2007). She is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.
