Brittany Leroni

Brittany Leroni is a Senior Associate at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in class actions, construction disputes, tariff‑related disputes, and corruption matters, and is skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods including dispute‑avoidance procedures, mediations, negotiations, and arbitrations.

She has conducted corporate investigations and prepared comprehensive reports in terms of section 34 of the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting effective governance outcomes. She is a guest lecturer for the Construction Law Dispute Resolution course at the School of Construction, Economics and Management at the University of the Witwatersrand.

Brittany holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand (2018), a BA (honours) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2016), and a BA from the University of the Witwatersrand (2015). She has completed the Short Learning Programme in Commercial Forensic Law at NWU Business School (2025) and attended the 8th Course of the China‑Africa Legal Professionals Exchange Program (2021). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
