Jade Fairweather

Jade Fairweather is an Associate in the Cape Town office, practicing in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Commercial practice. She specializes in M&A and general corporate and commercial law, with experience in conducting and managing due diligence investigations, overseeing corporate reorganizations and restructures, and drafting various commercial agreements for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Ms. Fairweather has advised Solevo Holdings on its acquisition of Rolfes Holdings, Climate Fund Managers on its Green Hydrogen Funds in Namibia and South Africa, Guala Closures on its acquisition of ASTIR Vitogiannis Bros SA, Quicket and its shareholders on the disposal to Ticketmaster and Live Nation, and Old Mutual Insure on its acquisition of Genric Insurance Company. She has also advised Noodle Inc. on its acquisition of Hubble Studios and Valenture Institute on various capital raising activities.

Jade holds a BA (Law) and an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
