Tracy van Wyk

Tracy van Wyk is an Executive in the Corporate Commercial practice at ENS, practicing in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions group. She specialises in inbound investment and local establishment, M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, group restructuring, social entrepreneurship, and general commercial work.

Ms. van Wyk has deep expertise in all aspects of private equity, including legal due diligence, portfolio and investment structuring, regulatory approvals, management incentives, recapitalisations, and exit strategies including IPOs. She also advises on various regulatory regimes, including the South African Companies Act, 2008 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, and has significant experience in the railway infrastructure, renewable energy, aircraft, and property sectors.

Tracy holds an LLB from Stellenbosch University and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
