Emilio Nomdo

Emilio Nomdo is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He advises on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate and transactional matters, with particular expertise in global employee share schemes, BBBEE regulatory compliance, and general company and commercial transactions.

Emilio has experience in conducting legal due diligence investigations and providing transactional support to local and international clients, assisting them in navigating South Africa's corporate governance and regulatory landscape. He regularly advises multinational clients on the South African legal aspects of implementing global employee share plans and provides B-BBEE advice in the context of corporate transactions. His experience spans banking, retail, petroleum, mining and financial services sectors.

Emilio holds a BSocSc and an LL.B. from the University of Cape Town and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
