Andani Siwisa

Andani Siwisa is a Partner in the Corporate Department at Bowmans in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He acts for local and international clients, both public and private, across a number of industries.

Andani's experience includes private and public M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and general corporate law. Notable matters include advising Housatonic Partners and ZircoData on their proposed acquisition of Metrofile, advising the shareholders of 3G Mobile on its acquisition by Blue Label Telecoms, and advising a leading independent lubricant supplier listed on the DAX stock market on its acquisition of three lubricant oil businesses in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique. He also advised the Public Investment Corporation on its equity subscription in the Arch Property Fund.

Andani holds an LL.B. from the University of the Witwatersrand.
