Thato Tomotomo

Thato Tomotomo is an Executive in the Corporate Commercial practice at ENS, practicing in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganisations, corporate finance, private equity, and general corporate commercial matters.

Mr. Tomotomo acts for local and international, listed and unlisted clients across a variety of industries, advising on negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and transaction documents, as well as preparing legal opinions. His expertise also extends to advising high net worth individuals on estate matters, including drafting trust deeds and wills.

He holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and has completed Certificates in Advanced Company Law I and II from the same university. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
