Nyambeni Davhana

Nyambeni Davhana is an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructuring. He advises clients on equity capital markets, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Nyambeni has been part of the team that advised Real Foods Proprietary Limited on the disposal of a significant part of its foods business to Virgin Active, as well as on the subscription for shares in Virgin Active. He has also advised EOH on its capital raising, comprising a renounceable rights offer and a specific issue for cash to its B-BBEE shareholder. His experience includes conducting legal due diligence investigations and working on various general commercial legal matters and transactional work in relation to mergers and acquisitions.

Nyambeni holds an LL.B and an LL.M from the University of Pretoria.
