Azola Futshane

Azola Futshane is a Senior Associate at Bowmans in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has experience in general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, including private acquisition and disposal transactions, joint venture arrangements, and the provision of corporate governance and Black Economic Empowerment advice for foreign direct investment.

Azola holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and an LL.B. from the University of Cape Town. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the Legal Practice Council.
