Dintwa Serumula

Dintwa Serumula is a Partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets, and general corporate and commercial law. He advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, capital raisings, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance across multiple sectors.

He has extensive experience advising on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, equity capital markets, and general corporate advisory matters. He was a nominee for the Private Practice Most Promising Newcomer 2020 at the African Legal Awards and has been named by IFLR1000 2022 as a rising star.

He holds an LLB (cum laude) from the University of the Free State (2016). He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
