Justin de Wet

Justin de Wet is a Senior Associate at Webber Wentzel in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He focuses on private equity transactional work, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and commercial law.

Justin's experience includes drafting and interpreting corporate and commercial agreements, conducting legal due diligence investigations, and providing general advice on company law matters. He holds an LL.B. (magna cum laude) and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Pretoria (2019, 2017), and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
