Maanda Mashego

Maanda Mashego is a Senior Associate at Webber Wentzel, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. She advises clients on private equity investments, corporate and commercial agreements, and provides general legal advice on company law and contractual matters.

She has experience conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and interpreting corporate and commercial agreements, and advising on private equity transactions across multiple sectors. Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work, delivering practical legal solutions tailored to client needs.

Maanda holds an LL.M (2019) and an LL.B (2018) from the University of Pretoria. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
