Anthea Eleftheriadis

Anthea Eleftheriadis is a Senior Associate at ENS, practicing in the Corporate Commercial group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on public and private M&A, company law, general corporate transactions, reorganisations, contract law, and corporate governance.

Anthea has transactional experience in both South Africa and the United Arab Emirates (with a focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai). She provides advisory work on compliance with the Companies Act, 2008, the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and the Takeover Regulations, and has advised clients in the mining and financial services sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law (cum laude) and an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand, and completed Advanced Company Law I at the same institution. She is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
