Lauren-Ann Gangiah

Lauren‑Ann Gangiah is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions across Africa and internationally, including M&A, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings.

Lauren‑Ann is involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, from transaction structuring and legal due diligence investigations to the drafting, review, and negotiation of transactional agreements. Her practice focuses on providing commercially practical advice that supports clients in achieving their strategic objectives while navigating regulatory and transactional requirements across various industries.

She holds a BA and an LL.B from the University of Pretoria and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
