Reine Aldous

Reine Aldous is an Associate specialising in corporate and commercial transactions and re‑organisations within the private equity sector. She advises clients on corporate transactions, private equity investments, and corporate restructuring, with experience drafting and interpreting commercial agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and providing general company law advice.

Her practice spans corporate law, private equity, and commercial transactions, delivering practical legal solutions to clients across multiple sectors. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Fellowship.

Reine holds an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria (2020) and a BA (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria (2019).
