Lebogang Maragelo

Lebogang Maragelo is an Associate in the Johannesburg office, practicing in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Commercial practice. She has experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and securities regulation law, and also advises clients on general corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
