Khomanani Mohlaba

Khomanani Mohlaba is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. She specialises in general corporate and commercial law, corporate regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity capital markets, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE).

Her experience includes advising local and international clients across a broad variety of sectors on corporate governance, transactional matters, regulatory compliance and implementation of B-BBEE transactions, from conducting due diligence investigations through to drafting complex commercial agreements including share sale and subscription agreements, sale of business agreements, asset-for-share agreements, memoranda of incorporation, shareholders’ agreements, trust deeds and authorising resolutions.

She holds a BCom and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and an LLM from the University of Cape Town, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
