Oriana Esau

Oriana Esau is an Associate specialising in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, and public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She advises clients on corporate restructuring, securities regulation, equity capital markets transactions, and company secretarial matters, and has experience drafting commercial agreements.

She has extensive experience advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, capital raisings, and corporate reorganisations.
