Tevin Jones

Tevin Jones is a Senior Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property & Innovation practice at ENS, practicing in Intellectual Property Law. He specialises in contentious IP matters worldwide, including trade mark and copyright disputes, unlawful competition, company name objections, social media infringements, and domain name issues.

His background also extends to non-contentious IP matters, including the availability, registrability, and prosecution of trade marks. He assists local and international clients in formulating practical strategies to protect, enforce, and strengthen their intellectual property rights across multiple territories.

Tevin holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner in South Africa, admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has been recognized by The Legal 500 EMEA in Intellectual Property (South Africa) for 2024-2025.
