Jade Courtney

Jade Courtney is a Senior Associate at ENSafrica, practising in the firm's Intellectual Property & Innovation practice. She is a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner in South Africa and specialises in trade mark prosecution, including trade mark availability and registrability searches, filings, recordals, and IP due diligences, both locally and internationally.

Her experience includes global brand management and strategic planning, large-scale portfolio audits, advising on trade mark and copyright litigation, copyright advice, food labelling, and commercial IP advice. She has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including entertainment, FMCG, tobacco, retail, telecommunications, luxury goods, financial services, confectionery, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

She holds a BA, a BA (Hons), and an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
