Carmin Cornelius

Carmin Cornelius is an Associate in the Intellectual Property & Innovation practice at ENS, specialising in trade mark prosecution including availability and registrability searches, filings, recordals and restorations, both locally and internationally.

She advises on global brand management, portfolio audits, copyright-related matters and commercial IP issues, and has experience in food and beverage product labelling. She has advised clients across FMCG, food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), retail, telecommunications, financial services, technology and software sectors.

Carmin holds an LL.B and an LL.M from the University of the Free State. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, a Trade Mark Practitioner in South Africa and a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL).
