Sandra Sithole

Sandra Sithole is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in insurance litigation, medical law, and construction and engineering disputes. She advises insurers on policy drafting and underwriting, policy interpretation and coverage, and assists with subrogated recoveries and defences across all classes of commercial, personal, and specialist lines of insurance, including product liability and recall.

She also provides legal support to healthcare providers and private hospital networks on general contractual disputes, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation matters. She has expertise in medical law and regularly represents clients in disputes involving healthcare professionals and institutions.
