Oreneile Jibilili

Oreneile Jibilili is an Associate in the firm's Tax Advisory Law practice at ENS, based in South Africa. She specialises in corporate taxation, advising on direct corporate tax, withholding taxes, employment taxes, tax administration and compliance, tax dispute resolution, and tax-efficient acquisition, restructuring, and funding structures.

She has also advised on new and existing employment share incentive schemes and B-BBEE investment and ownership transactions, with experience across sectors including mining, financial services, renewable energy, and private equity.

Oreneile holds a BAccSc and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa, as well as an LLB from the University of Pretoria. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
