Noxolo Khohliso

Noxolo Khohliso is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. She has experience in private and public M&A transactions, corporate finance, and general corporate law, working with a variety of domestic and international clients across multiple sectors.

Noxolo has advised Blackstone Inc. on the acquisition of 100% of the issued shares of Hexagon Holdco by an affiliate of Blackstone from affiliates of Burstone Group Limited, including the formation of a joint venture where Burstone acquired a 20% interest in the underlying property portfolio; Franco-Nevada (Barbados) Corporation on a USD 500 million streaming agreement with Sibanye-Stillwater; Shanghai Fosun New Medicine Research on a proposed privatisation and delisting transaction of Shanghai Henlius Biotech; and Standard Bank and Absa on the financing of three Battery Energy Storage Projects developed by EDF Renewables and its Partners under the first round of the BESIPPPP, as well as on the financing of a 120 MW solar project and a 140 MW wind project developed by TotalEnergies and Mulilo under the Sasol-Air Liquide Renewable Energy Programme. She has also advised Endeavor Group Holdings on the South African aspects of the acquisition of certain sports assets by TKO Group Holdings in a deal valued at USD 3.25 billion.

Noxolo holds a BSc in Genetics and Biochemistry from the University of Cape Town, an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand, and Certificates in Prospecting and Mining Law and Intellectual Property Law from the University of the Witwatersrand.
