Eduan Beukman

Eduan Beukman is an Associate at DLA Piper in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate finance. He advises local and multinational clients on public and private M&A, private equity transactions, and general corporate and regulatory matters across the technology and telecommunications, consumer goods, real estate, and financial services sectors.

Eduan has advised Cell C Limited and Cell C Holdings Limited on a pre-listing restructuring aimed at optimising the company's capital structure and balance sheet in preparation for its listing on the main board of the JSE; Remgro Limited on a share subscription and exchange transaction with eMedia Holdings Limited and the subsequent unbundling of eMedia shares to Remgro's shareholders; and Afgri Group on its acquisition of the John Deere dealership portfolio previously owned by Mascor in South Africa.

Eduan holds a BAccLLB from Stellenbosch University (2023). He is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
