Natasha Pather is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She has extensive experience in general banking and debt finance, syndicated lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, preference share structures, black economic empowerment (B‑BBEE) finance structures, debt capital markets, and project finance.
