Mmangaliso Nzimande

Mmangaliso Nzimande is an Executive in the firm's Tax Law practice at ENS, based in South Africa. He specialises in corporate income tax, tax administration, the taxation of trusts, securities transfer tax, PAYE, capital gains tax, and other fiscal statutes, with extensive experience in tax dispute resolution and litigation, including advising clients on their rights in engagements with the revenue authority.

He has experience in inbound and outbound investment, the setting up of corporate structures, and the structuring of corporate transactions. He was the co-contributor of the chapter on South African tax in the Canadian textbook Tax Litigation, edited by David W. Chodikoff and published by Thomson Reuters (UK), 2013.

Mmangaliso holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, an LLM (Tax Law) from the University of Pretoria, a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg, and Advanced Certificates in Company Law I and II from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
