Joshua Leroni

Joshua Leroni is an Associate at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in tax law. He advises on corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisition tax advisory, corporate and debt restructurings, group reorganisations and rationalisations, and general corporate tax advisory.

He also has experience in tax dispute resolution, assisting clients with voluntary disclosure applications, audit queries, objections, appeals, alternative dispute resolution, tax litigation, and penalty and interest remission applications. He provides strategic tax advice and representation to clients across a range of industries, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and disputes with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).

Joshua holds an LLB (2022), a B.Sc (Hons) (2019), and a B.Sc (2018) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
