Eamonn Naidoo

Eamonn Naidoo is an Associate at Bowmans in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Tax Law. He advises South African and foreign corporates on a wide range of tax issues across industries including banking and financial services, private equity, energy and mining.

Eamonn's experience includes advising on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, international tax matters, executive incentive schemes, corporate restructuring, tax due diligence and exchange control. He also advises on trust structuring for tax efficiency and compliance, and on disputes relating to diesel rebates and refined petroleum products.

Eamonn holds a B.A., B.A. (Hons) and an LL.B. from the University of Cape Town. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
