Seelan Moonsamy

Seelan Moonsamy is a Senior Tax Advisor at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in tax law with a focus on Value-Added Tax (VAT). He advises clients across the insurance, mining, education, banking, retail, petroleum, and telecommunications industries on various aspects of VAT, including alternative dispute resolution, private binding rulings, due diligence reviews, and policy and legislative matters.
