Mark Badenhorst

Mark Badenhorst is an Executive Consultant at ENS in the Tax practice. His practice focuses on Tax Law.

Mark is a transfer pricing expert with many years' experience advising numerous local and international clients in the automotive, hospitality, entertainment and gambling industries.

He also has expertise in settling transfer pricing disputes with SARS and is experienced in running tax litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution in respect of such disputes.

Mark is qualified as a chartered accountant and also has an LLB degree. In addition, he has advised on a wide range of indirect, corporate and international tax matters relating to M&A, inward and outward investments, restructurings and rationalisations, and he has assisted numerous clients with a wide range of applications to the South African Reserve Bank.

He holds a BCom and an LLB from the University of Pretoria and is a Chartered Accountant (SA). He is recognised by The Legal 500 EMEA as a Recommended/Key Lawyer for Tax in South Africa.
