Bianca Kuhn

Bianca Kuhn is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Tax Law. She focuses on corporate tax and M&A transactions, with experience in tax due diligence reviews, opinion writing, corporate restructurings and general corporate tax advisory work.

Prior to joining Webber Wentzel, Bianca completed her chartered accounting articles at Deloitte in the Financial Services division. She is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and holds an M.Com from North West University (2020), a B.Com (Honours in Chartered Accounting) (2015) and a B.Com in Forensic Accountancy (2014) from North West University. She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
