Marvin Jonkers

Marvin Jonkers is an Associate at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in competition law, international trade, and investment matters. He has worked on anti‑competitive practices and compliance, as well as investigations into customs duty amendments. His experience includes anti‑dumping, safeguard measures, and other trade remedy investigations conducted under South African law and the World Trade Organisation (WTO) rules.

He has provided advisory and compliance support to clients in relation to competition law and trade remedy proceedings, representing their interests in investigations and regulatory engagements. He holds a PG.Dip, LLB, and BA from the University of the Witwatersrand (2022, 2021, and 2019 respectively). He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
