Jessica de Kock

Jessica de Kock is a Senior Associate in the Competition and Antitrust practice at ENS, based in South Africa. She advises clients across a range of industries, including animal health, energy, insurance, retail, shipping and logistics, mining, online education, and petroleum and gaseous products.

She has experience advising on merger notification requirements across various African jurisdictions, assisting clients during dawn raids, and providing strategic advice on prohibited practices including cartel conduct, restrictive vertical practices and abuse of dominance. She also assists with due diligence investigations, compliance reporting obligations under merger conditions, and responses to information requests from competition regulators across Africa.

Jessica holds a BA, an LL.B, and an LL.M (cum laude) from Stellenbosch University. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.

She is recognised by The Legal 500 EMEA for Competition in South Africa.
