Nuha Alli

Nuha Alli is an Associate at ENS in the Competition Law and Antitrust practice, specialising in Competition Law. She advises on competition law across South Africa and a broad range of African jurisdictions, including COMESA, EAC, ECOWAS and CEMAC.

Nuha specialises in merger control, including advising on notifiability, preparing merger filings, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions. She regularly assists with complex cross-border filings to national authorities and regional bodies and engages with regulators to secure transaction approvals. Her experience extends to prohibited practices, including cartel conduct, restrictive vertical practices and abuse of dominance, as well as compliance support and due diligence on corporate transactions.

Nuha holds an LL.B. from the University of Johannesburg and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
