Wade Graaff

Wade Graaff is an Executive in the firm's Competition Law practice at ENS, based in South Africa. He advises on the notifiability and compilation of merger transactions to competition authorities in various jurisdictions, including South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana, Tanzania, and Malawi. His experience extends to abuse of dominance issues, prohibited practices, compliance training, and due diligence investigations.

He has acted across a range of industries, including corporate, insurance, telecommunications, and financial services. He is the author of competition law articles for the Business Law and Tax Review and a contributing editor of Butterworth's Competition Law Reports.

Wade holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has been recognized by The Legal 500 EMEA as a next generation lawyer in Competition (2026).
