Tyron Willey

Tyron Willey is a Senior Associate in the Competition Law and Antitrust practice area at ENS, focusing on Competition Law. He has nearly a decade of experience advising on a wide variety of competition law matters, both in South Africa and more broadly across the African continent and beyond.

Tyron advises clients on merger regulation matters across the breadth of operational African antitrust regimes, and also has extensive experience assisting clients with prohibited practice-related matters before the competition authorities of South Africa.

His experience includes several years of exposure gained at leading law firms in London. He aims to deliver commercially orientated advice that meets the needs of clients as they navigate the rapidly developing environment of African antitrust law.

Tyron is a contributing editor of the Butterworths Competition Law Reports. He holds a BCom and an LLB from Rhodes University and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
