Dudu Mogapi

Dudu Mogapi is a Partner in the Johannesburg office, practicing in the firm's Competition Law practice. She advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger notifications, prohibited practices, compliance, and general competition law advice, with particular expertise in the telecommunications, agribusiness, property, and retail sectors.

Prior to joining Webber Wentzel, Dudu served as a Case Manager at the Competition Tribunal of South Africa, giving her invaluable insight into the adjudicative process and regulatory landscape.

She holds an LLB (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria (2015) and a B.Com (Law) from the same institution (2013). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Golden Key International Honorary Society. She has been named by Best Lawyers as a leading individual (2025-2026) and by Legal 500 as a legal expert (2025).
