Luthando Dlamini

Luthando Dlamini is an Associate at ENS in the Competition/Antitrust practice, specialising in Competition Law. He focuses on transactional and contentious aspects of competition law, including merger control, prohibited practices, market inquiries, compliance audits and training.

Luthando has assisted in the preparation and notification of mergers across multiple African jurisdictions, including Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa, CEMAC and COMESA. He has advised domestic and multinational clients across diverse sectors such as automotive, aviation, agriculture, agro-processing, construction materials, professional services, financial services, retail, oil and gas, packaging, mining, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals and fast-moving consumer goods. He has also prepared headnotes for the Butterworths Competition Law Reports.

Luthando holds a BSocSc and an LL.B. from the University of Cape Town, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Company Law I from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
