Mansoor Parker

Mansoor Parker is an Executive at ENS in the Tax practice, specialising in Tax Advisory Law. He advises on corporate tax, energy tax, carbon tax, sports tax, and international tax, assisting clients with tax‑efficient structuring, due diligence, and cross‑border transactions.

Mansoor is an expert in tax‑efficient B‑BBEE investment and ownership transactions, private equity fund formation, and venture capital structures. He also advises on the tax aspects of energy projects through all phases of development and on carbon tax liability and mitigation mechanisms. He is a co‑author of the Concise Guide to Carbon Tax and the Comprehensive Guide to Carbon Tax. His sports law experience includes the 2003 ICC Cricket World Cup, the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2027.

Mansoor holds a B.A. and an LL.B. from the University of Cape Town and a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg. He is a member of the SAIT Environmental Tax Committee, the SAICA Carbon Tax Committee, and the Taxand Tax and Energy Working Group.

He is recognised by The Legal 500 EMEA in Tax and Investment Funds and by Best Lawyers for Tax Law.
