Jualeen Swanepoel

Jualeen Swanepoel is a Senior Associate at ENS, practicing in the Tax practice, specializing in Tax Advisory Law. She focuses on corporate domestic and international tax matters.

Jualeen advises clients on the tax implications of funding transactions and corporate restructures. She also has experience in tax controversy and dispute resolution matters, and has advised clients across a variety of industries, including mining, banking and financial services, and private entities.

She holds an LL.B (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria and an LL.M (Tax) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the Law Society of South Africa.
