Cor Kraamwinkel

Cor Kraamwinkel is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Tax Advisory Law. He is an international tax specialist with over 13 years' experience, advising on the application and interpretation of tax treaties, holding company regimes, withholding taxes, permanent establishments, and international tax structuring for both in‑bound and out‑bound clients.

Cor also advises on exchange control regulatory matters and South African corporate tax, working with clients across agriculture, finance and banking, manufacturing, mining, entertainment, e‑commerce, retail, insurance, energy and private equity. He holds an LL.M. (Tax) from the University of South Africa (2006), an LL.B. from the University of South Africa (2004), a B.Com (Marketing) from the University of Pretoria (1998), and a Higher Diploma in International Tax from the University of Johannesburg (2008). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the South African Institute of Tax Professionals International Tax Work Group and International Business Tax Technical Work Group.
