Sandy Greeff

Sandy Greeff is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Tax Practice at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in tax advisory law, corporate tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions tax, and mining tax. She advises on corporate income tax reviews, due diligence assistance, mergers and acquisitions assurance, and drafting opinions on a variety of tax-related matters.

Sandy has advised a listed mining entity on tax compliance matters and related opinions; a listed oil and gas company on the acquisition of operations from another listed entity; a major financial services firm on its corporate restructuring; a listed mining entity on the acquisition of an international mining entity; a mining house on the tax implications of its rehabilitation obligations; a multinational entity on the deductibility of head office expenditures; a listed entity in the telecommunications sector on the restructuring of its intellectual property; and a global investment entity on the acquisition of local assets.

Sandy holds a BCom Accounting, a BCom (Hons) (Accounting), an LL.B, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
