Len Vorster

Len Vorster is an Executive in the Real Estate / Property practice at ENS, specialising in real estate law. He advises leading developers, banks, mining houses, and clients in the property industry on all aspects of property law, conveyancing, and notarial practice, including township developments, proclamation of townships, sectional title schemes, re‑zoning, sub‑divisions, consolidation of properties, and registration of real rights in land.

He conducts due diligence investigations, assists clients with DFA applications, and advises on commercial and residential property transactions, as well as local authority legislation and land issues. His practice covers the full spectrum of property law, from conveyancing and notarial practice to property structuring and specialised property transactions.

Len holds a BLC from the University of Pretoria and an LLB from the University of the Orange Free State. He is admitted as an attorney, conveyancer, and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.
