Hafiesa Samsodien is a Partner at Webber Wentzel's Cape Town office, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial law, and cross‑border transactions. She advises clients on contractual and regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including those related to M&A, joint ventures, and restructurings.

Hafiesa holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape (2002) and has completed qualifying examinations with the International Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (2005). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
