Tashreek Miller

Tashreek Miller is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice. His practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions.

Tashreek specialises in M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, as well as general commercial law.

His experience includes negotiating, advising and structuring a range of commercial transactions, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, share subscriptions, the structuring and establishment of new business entities in South Africa (including non-profit organisations), shareholder relationships and joint ventures, as well as conducting due diligence investigations.

In addition, Tashreek also has experience in compliance and regulatory work, and has advised both local and international clients in various sectors, including the agricultural, fast-moving consumer goods, petroleum, property and telecoms industries.

He holds an LLB from the University of Cape Town and a Certificate in Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town, and is admitted as an Attorney and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa.
